This national information center provides information on disabilities and disability-related issues, with a special focus on children and youth (birth to age 22). Services are open to families, educators, administrators, journalists and students.

Our mission is to ensure that Oregonians with developmental disabilities and other chronic disabling conditions are identified and receive exemplary services through programs of public health, clinical service, education and research.

NLD on the Web provides comprehensive resources about Nonverbal Learning Disorder (NLD), also called Nonverbal Learning Disability, including materials on advocacy, education, and social skills; a library of suggested reading; a glossary; and much more.

OAC is an independent non-profit organization that provides legal advocacy services for people with disabilities anywhere in Oregon. OAC is designated under federal law as the protection and advocacy system for Oregon, but is not a part of the state or federal government. OAC has attorneys and advocates to assist people with disabilities.
